Judges are allowed to enter any Divisions that they are not judging. Judges cannot judge their own work, or the work of relatives. Judges may be substituted where needed.

NAMHSA: BayouLand Live will once again be a NAMHSA Member Show! Any horse winning 1st or 2nd place in *NAN Qualifier classes will get a NAN ticket which will make them eligible to show at the North American Model Horse Shower¹s Association National show in either 2010 or 2011.

Awards and Prizes: New and Recycled Ribbons and placings to 6th in all classes. Full results emailed to all. Rosettes to Champs and Reserves, special BayouLand Live awards, Door Prizes, Raffles, Drawings, and more!

Auction: We will hold a silent auction during the day Saturday and until noon on Sunday. Sunday at noon the winners will be announced. Any item not meeting it¹s reserve at the show will be put on eBay or MH$P the following week.

Sales: Everyone gets one table upon entering. Extra tables are available for $10.00. You are welcome to bring things to sell on your show table. There will be a SPECIAL sales table for everyone to use for a $5 per shower fee, up to 5 items. If you have additional items, please contact me for arrangements. You must put your NAME on the item¹s sales tag with the price. BLL , Kim or Dan Morgan, nor the Burton Coliseum are responsible for items put on the sales table. Additional tables will be available for rent as space allows but you must request this ahead of time. Commercial vendors are welcome! If you are coming as a vendor and are not showing, there is a vendor fee listed on the entry form. Commercial vendors are allowed two tables- more if needed.

Other Events: This year we are trying something different. Please attend the traditional BayouLand Live Saturday supper that will be at L¹auberge du Lac Casino Buffet this year. Great Cajun food and all you can eat Alaskan King Crab... in Lake Charles right down the road from Inn On the Bayou, so no crossing the bridge! Dutch treat. We are planning on having a ³meet the judges² Gumbo on Friday night at Chaisson¹s Barn (where Kim & Dan¹s REAL horses are stabled). Come early and ride or drive the Mini cart! Please watch for more announcements about this.

The rooms will be reserved for the 6th (Friday) and 7th (Saturday). The block may fill up quickly, so reserve yours early! There are other hotels in the area. Feel free to shop for a better rate.
