NOTICE: After the show on Saturday, the hall will close by 7 pm (hopefully earlier). It will be locked and secured d and no one will be allowed access until the following morning at 8 am. You are welcome to leave your things there overnight. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will BayouLand Live, Kim Janes, the Burton Coliseum, or ANYONE be held responsible for any damage to your property due to natural disasters, theft, vandalism or alien abductions!
Please use your judgement when leaving your things. All entrants are responsible for your own property.

TAGS: Please use white 1² string tags for your models. BayouLand Live does NOT use the EMCAT numbering system. Each entrant is assigned a number upon entry. You must email or call me ahead of time to get your number, unless you want to wait until show day. On tag, put horse¹s name, Breed, Gender and entrant number. You may put your name on back.
